William T. Creeden has been International Secretary and Treasurer since December 5, 2005, when he was unanimously approved by the International Executive Board to fulfill the unexpired term of IST Jerry Willburn, who retired. Creeden was previously Director of the Organization and Assistant to the International President since December 1993. Members elect local lodges and delegates to consolidated conventions held every five years. At the congress, the delegates elected by the members elect international officers.
